We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2025, at the age of 94, Harry K. Sickler Jr. of Tyrone, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry K. Sr. Sickler and Margaret Isabel "Belle" McNelis Sickler; his children, Harry K. Sickler III and Colleen Ann Sickler Mertiff; his siblings, Mary Suzanne "Suey" Sickler Ohl, William McNelis Sickler and Leonard Christopher "Christy" Sickler; his aunt Rosemary Jane McNelis; and his parents-in-law, William and Janet May Robinson Trimble.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Marie Suda (Russell) of Concord, NC, Mary Suzanne Tomer of Lake Worth, FL, Deborah Jean Heaton of Tyrone, PA and Timothy Sickler (Kerry) of Altoona; and his sister-in-law Nancy Trimble of Arizona. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc. (115 W 10th St, Tyrone, PA 16686). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Catholic Church (1105 Cameron Ave, Tyrone, PA 16686).
