He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel A. Barrett and Margaret L. Barrett (Leonard); his sister Patty Rhudy; and also Paula A. Thomas of Patton. He is survived by : his children, Rick Barrett (Kristin) and Julie Ferner (Kevin); his wife Gwendolyn W. Summers; his sister Margaret "Peggy" Rairigh; his grandchildren, Brice R. Barrett, Seth D. Barrett (Samantha), Taylor M. Brown (Cameron) and Maddie B. Ferner; and his great grandchild Mason O. Brown.
