It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger L. Hoover of Tyrone, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger L. Sr. Hoover and Lillian Hoover (Downing); and his sister Molly J. Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Mannino of Mark's Catholic Church; his children, Jacob Hoover (Rachel) of Lubbock, TX, Lillian Miller of Tyrone and Elizabeth Kenes (Justin) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Linus, Emori, Dusty, Caleb and Linden; and his siblings, Mark Hoover (Mary) of Golden, CO, Priscilla Davidson of Ramey, Elizabeth Morris (Dan) of Myerstown, Jennifer Hileman of Altoona, Laura Clancy (Jim) of Altoona and Maria Zupon (Rick) of Altoona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
