He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Detwiler and Harriet Detwiler (Drake); and his siblings, Stan, Tillie, Jim, Betty, Shirly, Carl, Warren and Mary Ann.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronald C. Detwiler II (Elizabeth) and Adam M. Detwiler (Katie); and his brothers, Robert and Raymond. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
