She was predeceased by: her mother Charlotte Weston Ray; her husband Paul Swartz; and her siblings, Don Ray, Dale Ray, Beryl Nearhoof, Roxanne Shultz and Cindy Rodgers.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Swartz (Teresa) of Tyrone and Karol Fink of Lancaster. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Sara's memory.
