He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nevin McFarland and Ameila McFarland (Bonsell) of Tyrone; his wife Mary (Jock); and his children, Amy Greene (Scott), Timothy McFarland (Laurie) and Jill Cherry (Steve). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
