He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lenox and Shirley A. Lenox (Davidson); his son Jack Sheldon Lenox; his siblings, Duane Lenox and Diane Smith; and his brothers-in-law, David Baker and Randy Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley L. Harford; his great grandchild Marni; his children, Daniel Lenox (Tina) of East Smithfield, Tina Nestrick of Florida and Shelly Lenox of Ulster; his grandchildren, Bennett, Kara, Mark, Steven, Karyce, Scott, Sandon and Sydney; and his siblings, Elizabeth Baker, Karen Robinson and Jeffery Lenox (Lisa).
The family suggests that contributions be directed to the Bentley Creek Wesleyan Church in memory of Gary E. Lenox.
