We bid farewell to Sandra L. Parks (Ulster, Pennsylvania), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 8, 2025 at the age of 87. Sandra touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney A. Wilkinson and Betty King Wilkinson; and her brother Gary Wilkinson. She is survived by: her husband Burton Parks, Jr. of Troy, PA; her children, Steven Moss (Beverly) of Wellsboro, PA and Lori Jo Brown (Michael) of Snoqualmie, WA; her stepchildren, Steve Parks (Doris), Rod Parks, Lorraine Parks-Meyer (Jerry) and Eric Parks (Virginia); and her siblings, Wayne Wilkinson (Joanne) of San Antonio, TX and Judy Moss (Vern) of Wellsboro, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
