It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Rugar of Union City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Danny Rugar to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Rugar and Wilma Bennett Rugar; and his wife Barbara Potts. He is survived by : his children, Teri Lyn McChesney of North East and Todd D. McChesney of Erie; and his sister Donna Brown. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
