He is survived by : his children, Lorri Briggs (Ken Ranyak) of Union City, Deanna Keith (Richard) of Ocean View, Delaware, Kenneth Briggs (Cheryl) of Erie, Jeffery Briggs of Erie and Matthew Briggs (Jill Snyder) of Erie; his stepson James Morgan, Jr. of Union City; and his siblings, Susan Butler (John) of Rockingham and Raymond Briggs (Linda) of Erie. He is also survived by many grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
