He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Harold Hart, Sr. and Wanda Olive Slayton Hart; and his brothers, Bob, Bill and Harold, Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Barbara J. Martin; his children, Lisa M. Greenwood of Union City, Don R. Hart (Aimee) of Pittsburgh and Cliff A. Hart of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Katelynn, Amber, Joey, Jocelyn and Jaxon; and his close friends, Joe Melnick, Gary Cirwinski, Deb Robinson and Buck Bidwell. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
