He is survived by: his wife Donna Peters (Milligan); and his siblings, Arthur Peters (Karen) of Girard, PA, Madonna Smith (Michael Mascitelli) of Vero Beach, FL, Ann McDonald of Girard, PA, David Peters (Donna) of Charlotte, NC, Marjorie Peters of Alexandria, VA and Robert Peters (Kimberly) of Middletown, MD.. He is also survived by loving uncle and truly enjoyed his nieces and nephews, as well as their children.
