He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Boyd Clark and Louise Irene Clark (Ainsworth). He is survived by: his wife Ice; his family Sherrie A. Clark (Shorts); his children, Cara Clark-Babcock (Jody), Jaime Weaver (Dylan), Lindsay Suydan (Timothy), Michael Clark (Amy), Jason Clark (Melissa Carter) and Brandon Clark (Makayla Newell); his grandchildren, Addilyn, Aleigha, Micah Clark, Damin, Tiffeny, Kyle, Willow Babcock, Iris and Cole Weaver; his great grandchild Kyler Babcock; his grandson Tyler Bartlett; his siblings, Jack Clark (Carolyn) and Jill Balog; and his goddaughter Ashleigh Smith (Pyle). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, his in-laws.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Erie First Assembly (8150 Oliver Rd, Erie, PA 16509).
