He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Eugene Conklin, Sr. and Blanche Mae Morton Conklin; his wife Alberta Sue Conklin (Williams); his children, Angela S. Feeney (Jerrod Piatkowski) of Edinboro, Jesse E. Wilcox (Samantha Miller) of Union City and Phillip A. Conklin, Jr. (Jillian) of Corry; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Phillip, III, Natalea, Eleanor, Charlotte and Lincoln; his great grandchild Phillip, IV; and his sisters, Sue Lowther (John) of Union City, Lois Hayes of Union City and Brenda Glover (Bob) of Union City.
Honoring Phillip's generous wish, the gift of life was shared with many people in need through organ and tissue donation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Phillip's memory.
