Smith of Rochester, NY, Rodney C. Smith Sr. of Albion, Randy P. Smith (Jean) of Union City and Jeremy O. Smith of Union City; his siblings' children, Rodney C. Smith Jr., Conner A. Olmstead, Renea M. Waychoff, Ashley L. Helmbold, Olivia O. Olmstead and Jazmin M. Smith; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex J. Smith, Wesley A. "Train" Olmstead, Dante L. Waychoff, Rogue Helmbold, Ace Helmbold, Raelynn Olmstead, Ember Wright and Ariella Miller.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union City Church of the Nazarene (119 S Main St, Union City, PA 16438). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
