She was predeceased by : her mother Donna Craig Shontz; and her brothers, Bryan and Bradley Shontz. She is survived by : her father Keith G. Shontz (Cindy) of Union City; her children, Shantel R. Jarrett (Enrico Marzano) of Parma, Ohio, Austin W. Hadju (Maria Rocchino) of Pittsburgh and Justin Jarrett (Kristen) of Erie; her grandchildren, Maya Tomczak, Addison Jarrett, Brylee Jarrett and Tyler Jarrett; her siblings, Rebecca L. King (William Pennock) of McKean, Roberta L. Blakeslee (Kevin) of Union City, Katie Tripp (Matt) of Union City, Kathy Erickson (Joshua) of Cochranton, Jeffrey G. Shontz of Florida, Brent A. Shontz (Rebecca) and Nathan F. Shontz (Samantha Clabbatz) of Union City; and her close friend Tammy Sipes of Union City.
