He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; and his parents, Frank Pratt and Grace Penny. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Ballard (Meatball), Connie Penny and Lee Penny (Mary); and his pets, Bullwinkle and Rocky. He is also survived by many siblings; and nieces and nephews.
