She is survived by: her children, Barry Kolar (Maria) of Morgantown, WV, Lora Puskar (late Richard) of Monongahela, PA, Chris Kolar of Uniontown and Kevin Kolar (Lucy) of Wake Forest, NC; her grandchildren, Michael Puskar (Elle), Victoria Kolar, Jacob Kolar (Sarah), Elizabeth Kolar, Rachel Kolar, John Kolar (Lide) and Sophia Kolar; her sisters, Loretta Vargo, Gloria Hatalla (Joseph) and Rita Imrich (Bernard); and her caregivers, Ann, Margie, Nancy, Patti and Paula.
