He was predeceased by: his former wife Debbie Klippi (Tissue); and his brothers, Robert Klippi and Edward Klippi. He is survived by: his wife Anselma "Angie" Klippi (Crapp); his son David L. Klippi, Jr.; his stepchildren, Jerry Kensinger (Michele), John Kensinger (Laura), Shanna Kensinger and Mark Cancilla; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jack, Sarah and Shelby Kensinger; his siblings, Gary W. Klippi (Janet Sullivan) and Kathy D. Tajc (Andrew); and his sister-in-law Jeanette Klippi.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dearth Funeral Home (35 S Mill St, New Salem, PA 15468). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
