She is survived by: her parents, Leno N. Evangelista, Jr. and Cathy Rockwell; her boyfriend Brandon Morris; her children, Kaiden Jacobs, Nikko Morris and Olivia Morris; her brothers, Nick Goss, Tyler Rockwell (Brenda) and Alex Evangelista (Ashley); her siblings' children, Braelyn and Grayson; and her grandparents, Colleen Padovich and Leno Evangelista, Sr. (Wanda).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Andrew D. Ferguson Funeral Home & Crematories, Inc. (80 Morgantown St, Uniontown, PA 15401). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
