He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Edwards, Sr. and Mildred Springer Edwards; his wife JoAnn Burton Edwards; and his sister Nancy Harper (Robert Bard Harper). He is survived by: his children, Michael Edwards (Sherri) of Cabot, PA, Mark Edwards (Karen) of Uniontown and Jill Delor (Bill) of Uniontown. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Andrew D. Ferguson Funeral Home & Crematories, Inc. (80 Morgantown St, Uniontown, PA 15401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
