He is survived by: his wife Michelle Grant Shumar of Uniontown; his children, Ashley Shumar Stewart (Robert Stewart) of Utah and Zachary James Shumar of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Jane Raquel, Emma Anne and Remy James Stewart; his siblings, George Shumar (Carol), Mary Jo Palaisa (Donald), Helen Evans, Madalyn Johnson, Anthony Shumar (Barbara), Robert Shumar (Anita Hadden), Barbara Walker (William) and Kenneth Shumar (Diana); and his brother-in-law Richard Ferchak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
