He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Paul Parnell, Sr. and Betty Jane Parnell; his sister Mary Lou Demeter; his brother-in-law Charles Demeter; and his brother Robert Lee Parnell.
He is survived by: his children, Justine Heath Hine, Jess Paul Parnell III, Matthew Robert Parnell and Kristina Nicole Parnell.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the VFW (323 E Main St, Uniontown, PA 15401).
