He is survived by: his wife Leslie Hudock of Uniontown; his daughters, Heather Ciez (Frank) of Uniontown and Hilari Thomas (William) of Indiana, PA; his grandchildren, Brittany VanSickle, Ella, Addie Ciez, Phoebe, Micah and Asher Thomas; and his sisters, Connie Lewis of Pittsburgh and Barbara Cain of Coraopolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
