He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Mary Duda (Squirek); and his siblings, Anthony, Johnny, Stanley, Eddie, Tommy, Paul, Rosemary and Stella.

He is survived by: his son Dr. Joseph Duda of Daniel, WV; and his sister Frances Coking of Arizona.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in his memory.
