Joseph P. Semans Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph P. Semans of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Semans and Rose Semans (Sweda); and his wife Eleanor A. Semans (Lukac). He is survived by: his sons, Joe (Patty), Jim (Donna) and Tom Semans (JoAnn); his grandchildren, Brian (Ashley), Chris (Mandy), Katie, Aaron Fitzsimmons, Ryan Fitzsimmons (Jessica), Jen Hines (John), Megan Dutton (Ethan) and Alli Stent (Danny); and his siblings, Steve Semans, Michael Semans (Babe) and Margaret Gregg. He is also survived by his 9 great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home (603 N Gallatin Ave Ext, Uniontown, PA 15401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 9:15 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Mt. St. Macrina Cemetery (61 N Mt Vernon Ave, Uniontown, PA 15401).
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial donation in Joe's memory to Mount Macrina Manor, 520 W. Main St., Uniontown, PA 15401.
