She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Fullem and Evelyn L. Baden Fullem; and her brother Ronald Fullem. She is survived by: her husband James Harper of Uniontown; her daughters, Kimberly Riggar (George) of Uniontown and Kristi Bell (Donald, Jr.) of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Alexis Riggar-Ferrari (Gary) of Uniontown, Shane Riggar (Rebekah) of Uniontown, Madison Riggar (Mason McManus) of Uniontown, Nicole Bell-Mascaro (John Anthony) of Pittsburgh and Brandon Bell (Kelcie Grimm) of Pittsburgh; her great grandchildren, Cruz and Bridger Ferrari; and her siblings, Robert Fullem (Linda) and Carol Dulla (Brian) of Gambrills, MD. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home (603 N Gallatin Ave Ext, Uniontown, PA 15401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
