She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Hawkins and Kate Hawkins. She is survived by: her husband Scott "Beau" Cassity; her son Thomas Cassity (Kassi) of Belle Vernon, PA; her granddaughter Aurora; her siblings, Nancy Roderick (Robert) of Smithfield, PA and Robert Hawkins (Gloria) of Felton, DE.; and her caregiver Uniontown Hospital. She is also survived by aunt to her only niece and two nephews, along with many great-nieces and nephews.
