He is survived by: his parents, Larry Long of Hopwood and Marlene (Tobay) of Dunbar; his wife Krystal Long (Blackburn) of Uniontown, PA; his son Levi Thorpe of Dunbar; his siblings, Marlaina Long (Shane) of Connellsville, Kevin, Casey Blackburn of Vanderbilt, Ashley and Allen Clarke of Scottdale; his uncle Wayne; his aunt Betty Ann Long of Hopwood; his parents-in-law, Todd and Paula Blackburn of Vanderbilt; his siblings' children, Logan Blackburn, Abigail Blackburn, Waylon Beal and Willow Grimm of Scottdale; and his cousins, Wayne Jr. and Kerri Long of Uniontown.
