He is survived by: his wife Georgeanna Soom Richards; his children, Louis "Rusty" Richards, Jr. (Angela), Jamie Richards Polk (Jamie Ray) and Mindi Carter (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Latrelle Polk, Jamier Ray, Bria Richards, Allie Richards, Landon Carter and Grayson Carter.
