Though Margaret may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael A. Grego and Barbara Mary Novosel Grego; her siblings, Michael J. (Angeline Grego), Edward J. (Bernadine Grego), Mary Grego Dzambo (Thomas Dzambo) and Helen Grego Garstecki (Bernard Garstecki); her brother-in-law Eugene Frazier; and her nephew Michael D. Grego.
She is survived by: her brother Ronald G.; her sister-in-law Verna Grego (Wilson); and her sister Joanne Grego Frazier.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist R. C. Church (908 W Crawford Ave, Connellsville, PA 15425). A Mass will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
