She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Thomas Sr. and Delores Thomas (Lewis) of Fairchance, PA.; and her husband David Budinsky Sr. of Uniontown, PA. She is survived by: her children, Barbara (Richard Schilb) of Olalla, WA and David Budinsky Jr.; her grandchildren, Macon and Albani of West Virginia; her brothers, George, Robert and Paul Thomas; and her brother-in-law Edward Budinsky. She is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
