He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dirda and Ann Dirda (Bilconish); his wife Rose M. Dirda (Yocabet); his siblings, Anna Mae Dirda, Betty Dirda, Charlotte M. Dirda, Michael Dirda and Robert Dirda; and his sister-in-law Mary Dirda.
He is survived by: his son Paul Dirda (Bobbie Jean) of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Austin Dirda and Harlie Dirda of Uniontown; and his brothers, John Dirda, Jr. of Northfield, OH and Thomas Dirda (Mary) of Robinson Township. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home (19 Legion St, Republic, PA 15475). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church (302 3rd St, Brownsville, PA 15417). A reception will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kish - Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. (19 Legion St, Republic, PA 15475).
