It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis VanSickle of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 9, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Porterfield and Behula Porterfield (Hart); her husband Rev. Kenneth VanSickle; her siblings, Donald Porterfield, Terry Porterfield and Billie Jean Porterfield; and her daughter-in-law Norina VanSickle.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Meyer of Homercity, PA, Scott Kenneth VanSickle (Patricia) of El Dorado, AR and Heath Wilbur VanSickle of Clarks Summit, PA; and her grandchildren, Laurrae VanSickle, Brittany VanSickle, Stephen Meyer, Abagail VanSickle, Chance Vansickle and Claire VanSickle. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
