As Samantha departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Samantha may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Samantha leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Kaiser and Cheryl Kaiser (Lowery); and her brother Jack Kaiser. She is survived by: her husband Michael Raymond Sledge of Uniontown; her sons, Brayden Sledge of Uniontown and Michael Sledge, Jr. (Anastazia Hall) of Blairsville; her sister Crystal Kaiser of Oklahoma; and her pet Gracie. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
