He is survived by: his children, Richard Slavic (Katherine) of Morgantown, WV, Pamela Pokorny (Mark) of Uniontown, Kimberly Slavic Roche (James Kubacki) of Smithfield and Denise Slavic of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Kevin Slavic, Jennifer Bokan (Greg), Jessica Shane (Cody), Megan Roche, Sarah Myers (Eric) and Jacob Stephan (Kaitlyn); his great grandchildren, Parker, Anna, Colin, Eli and Callan; and his brother Ronald J. Slavic of Uniontown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
