He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Blaney, Sr. and Dorothy B. Gillung Blaney; and his nephew John "Jeb" Blaney, III. He is survived by: his brothers, James M. Blaney (Marian) of Uniontown and John D. Blaney (Hazel) of Perryopolis; and his stepchildren, Timothy Kaylor of Uniontown and Dr. Leah Kaylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
