He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Miller Dennick; his children, William H. Dennick II of Uniontown, PA and Kim Pellick of Chesterfield, VA; his grandchildren, Will Dennick (Kaley), Mitchell Dennick, Amber Fugate (Dylan) and Katelynne Kowske (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Lulabelle, William Fugate and Quinn Kowske; and his daughter-in-law Kristina Newald Dennick.
