He was predeceased by: his wife Jule; his children, Jerry (Mary) and Terry Hoover; his grandsons, Brendan (Ally), Patrick (Madison) and Garrett Hoover (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Brooks, Makenna, Chloe, Cameron and Meredith Hoover; his parents, Viola and Arthur; his brother Gordon; and his sister-in-law Molly.
He is survived by: his brother Dale Hoover (Jean) of Atwater, CA.
