She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Phillips and Doris Phillips (Ellis); her husband John W. Puterbaugh; and her brother Kevin Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Fausnaught (Ken) of Muncy; her granddaughters, Erin Bomberger (Codey) of Montoursville and Taylor Fausnaught of Muncy; her stepgranddaughter Lauren Fausnaught; her great grandchildren, Rowan Bomberger and Corah Bomberger; her brothers, Keith Phillips of Muncy, Paul Phillips (Betty) of Apollo Beach, Fla. and Danny Phillips (Sandy) of Muncy; her foster son Michael Snyder (Bonnie) of Unityville; and her pet Greyson.
