He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Degan and Lavera Degan (Mills); and his brother Jim Degan. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Degan (Miller); his children, Shannon MacIntyre (Rob High), Jill Degan Gal and David Degan; his siblings, Beverly Smith and Wayne Degan (Cathy); and his grandsons, Michael MacIntyre and Mason Gal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
