He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. O'Hare, III and Nancy J. O'Hare (Kurtz); and his sister Sharon O'Hare. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Sapienza; his siblings-in-law, Julianne Sapienza and Michael Sapienza; and his close friend Ellen.
