Patricia Hoops Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Patricia Hoops of Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania is shared. Patricia, born on March 22, 1958, passed away on February 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Patricia will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Patricia by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Patricia is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Patricia’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thompson and Pauline Thompson (Overpeck). She is survived by: her grandson James; her children, Sabrina and Lawrence (Jen); and her siblings, Jane Lee, James Thompson (Kathleen), William Thompson, Ella Marsh (Albert) and Edward Thompson (Roseann). She is also survived by two stepchildren, many step-grandchildren.
