He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Hook and Frances McDowell Hook. He is survived by: his wife Anna Wendeler Hook; his children, Kristine Toscano (Mark) and Kevin N. Hook; his grandchildren, Jackson, Samuel Toscano, Emmet and Everly Hook; and his sister Denise Burgess (late Norman).
