She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Straehle and Susan Straehle; her husband John Maxey of Maxey's American Catering; and her children, Susan Ikeler (Tom), Ann Iacono (Ralph), John Maxey (Mary), Dave Maxey (Gail), Doris, Sharon and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund. This organization ensures that 100% of all public donations go directly to research aimed at finding a cure for Alzheimer's and related vascular dementias.
