It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances J. Palm of Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 20, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gus Palm; her parents, Homer Hamrick and Yolanda Ciliberti Rawlik; and her siblings, Joan Carpenter, Thomas Hamrick and Jerry Hamrick.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Vandegrift, Michael Vandegrift (Joanie), Stephanie Riddle (Steve Smith) and Christina Baglione (Tom DeOrio); her stepchildren, Sharon Reilly (John) and Gary Palm (Lauri); and her siblings, Judy Damon and Carmen Johnson. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great- grandchildren and 1 great- great- grandchild.
