We announce the death of James Frank Jackson of Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 83. James Frank will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Jackson and Ida M. "Sykes" Jackson; and his sister Evelyn LaSpada. He is survived by: his wife Penny Jackson; his sons, James F. Jackson, Jr. and Michael S. Jackson; his daughters-in-law, Kristin Jackson and Elizabeth Hall Jackson; his grandchildren, Audrey, Eric, Hannah and Ava; and his sister Lucielle Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
