Though Richard has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert H Jasper and Sarah M. Jasper (Norton); and his siblings, Thomas Jasper and Albert "Harry" Jasper. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Jasper (Whitworth); his sons, Rev. Richard J. Jasper and Brian Jasper; his sister Sharyn Aston (Jack); and his brother-in-law Fred White. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
