In the vast expanse of eternity, Carolyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carolyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Perna and Angela Perna (Storti). She is survived by: her husband Dennis McFadden; her children, Frank Costa (Therese) and Julie (Costa) Guille (Jason); her granddaughters, Natalie and Lillian; and her siblings, Albert Perna, Amie Reed (Perna) and Jerry Perna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
