She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCullough and Dolores McCullough; and her brother John McCullough Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Smith; her children, Michael Smith (Irya) and Victoria Renz (Dan); her grandchildren, Michael, Lola, Eva and Brendan; her siblings, Christopher McCullough (Lisa), Lori McCullough-Rubillo (Edward), Patrice Profitt and Patti; and her friend Beth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
